MPGAMMA 's family of Consoles was created to meet the needs of protecting industrial PCs and operator panels of all control, supervision and industrial automation systems.
The series is made entirely of AISI304L steel (Wnr1.4307), a highly corrosion-resistant material.
An innovative design, the particular ease of cleaning and the high degree of protection make the Console a valuable ally in food processing machines and plants, in the pharmaceutical sector, in the chemical sector and Oil&Gas.
It is a control enclosure, usually on a stand or arm, that groups the operator interface (screens and controls) at an accessible point next to the machine or line.
How does a console differ from an operator desk?
The desk usually rests on the floor with a sloping surface for standing operation; the console is often suspended or on a support arm and is oriented towards the operator. The choice depends on the workstation.
What protection and material do they offer?
Stainless steel AISI 304/316 with usual IP66 protection to withstand dust, water and cleaning.
Can they be mounted on a support arm?
Yes, they are combined with support systems and articulated arms to position the interface at the desired height and orientation.
What applications are they used for?
