SCS SERIES
- Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
- Self-supporting frame, 15/10 thick, folded and reinforced in the load-bearing areas.
- Reinforcement frame inside the door in sturdy galvanized carbon steel tubing, pre-drilled with DIN 25 mm pitch for fixing accessories.
- Reversible front door that can be opened to at least 120° with 4 internal stainless steel hinges, ergonomic polyamide handle with double-fin stainless steel insert, 4 tightening points, stainless steel rods.
- External finish: FINE SATIN finish, medium Scotch-Brite type.
- Mounting plate made of galvanized sheet metal, 25/10 thick, sliding in depth with increased wiring surface, insertion system on slides and quick fixing device in the final position.
- Removable rear panel with flat countersunk cross-head stainless steel screws.
- Robotically applied polyurethane sealing gasket on all openable and removable parts.
- Lifting system by eyebolt (included).
- Single door design for widths up to 1000 mm.
- Versions with 2 independent doors with central closure (hinges on the sides of the structure) with removable central upright for the 1600 mm width.
- Version with 2 doors without central upright for A=1200 cabinets to facilitate accessibility on the front; the doors are hinged one over the other, so they have an opening priority and the ergonomic handle is placed only on the primary door.
- Protection degree IP66, IP69, IK10 certified by TÜV SÜD according to EN 62208 standard
- Protection degree TYPE 1, 12, 4, 4X (cULus mark) according to UL50, 508A, 746C and CSA 22.2 No.14, 94 (on request).
