Poli\u00e8ster GRP o acer inoxidable s\u00f3n els materials m\u00e9s adequats, at\u00e8s que tots dos suporten la radiaci\u00f3 UV i les oscil\u00b7lacions t\u00e8rmiques prolongades sense degradar-se. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tractament d&#8217;aig\u00fces i sanejament<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Acer inoxidable AISI 316L amb IP66 o superior, per la pres\u00e8ncia habitual de gasos corrosius com el sulfur d&#8217;hidrogen (H\u2082S) i els productes qu\u00edmics propis del tractament de l&#8217;aigua. El grau IK (norma EN 62262) mesura la resist\u00e8ncia a impactes mec\u00e0nics al juliol: IK08 equival a 5 J i cobreix la majoria d&#8217;entorns industrials est\u00e0ndard; IK10 arriba a 20 J i \u00e9s l&#8217;indicat a zones d&#8217;alt tr\u00e0nsit o \u00fas intensiu. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un error freq\u00fcent \u00e9s confondre IP65 amb IP66: tots dos ofereixen protecci\u00f3 total davant de la pols, per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s l&#8217;IP66 resisteix raigs d&#8217;aigua d&#8217;alta pressi\u00f3. IP65 resisteix raigs de baixa pressi\u00f3. IP66 suporta raigs d&#8217;alta pressi\u00f3 i cabal elevat. IP69K est\u00e0 dissenyat per a neteges amb aigua a 80-100 bars i temperatures de fins a 80 \u00b0C, i \u00e9s l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard de refer\u00e8ncia en ind\u00fastries amb protocols d&#8217;higiene estrictes com l&#8217;aliment\u00e0ria o la farmac\u00e8utica.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quan \u00e9s imprescindible l\u00b4acer inoxidable AISI 316L?<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quan lentorn combina humitat elevada amb agents qu\u00edmics agressius: clorurs, \u00e0cids, desinfectants intensius o ambients marins. A la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria, els protocols de neteja CIP\/SIP fan que l&#8217;AISI 316L sigui pr\u00e0cticament l&#8217;est\u00e0ndard del sector.
